The opener, Winnetka Bowling League, was also a new band that I discovered that night. They told stories to put you in the mindset of the song. They also had very relatable songs to listen to and get into in that moment.
As always, one of Savvage Media's favorites, Flor, did not disappoint the other night in Cleveland at the House of Blues. The sold out crowd was ready for a high energy fun time that night. Everyone was off their feet and drawn into the band and lost themselves in the music and just had an overall good time. To me, “heart” and “hold on” are the two songs that always stand out as the crowd favorites and last night was no different.
Being in the Cambridge room, it made everyone close together to make for an intimate experience.
For me, it took me back to my roots and made me remember why I started covering shows in the first place. To make other people find their favorite band to lose themselves in the crowd just like everyone else in the room.
