Panic! At The Disco – Say Amen (Saturday Night)/ (Fuck A) Silver Lining

Panic! At The Disco just dropped a lot on fans after what seemed like radio silence. After some cryptic tweets, a pop up concert in Columbus, Ohio, and other weird stuff, Panic! At The Disco finally released not one, but two new tracks, a music video, album announcement, and summer tour dates.
“Say Amen (Saturday Night)” dropped with its accompanying music video that depicts a very oceanographic fight scene and Brendon Urie looking flawless. With a breaking news report that the ‘devil’s key’ has been stolen, it’s probably only a metaphor of what’s to come on the Pray For The Wicked album.
A music video full of Easter eggs, there’s so much happening, you can’t help but re-watch the video and smash the replay button to soak it all in.
Overall, the track feels like the next step from everything on Death Of A Bachelor. With typical Panic! style massive chorus, Urie’s recognizable voice, and a huge rock feel, “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” is a great introduction to this next evolution of Panic! At The Disco.
“(Fuck A) Silver Lining” was released at the same time and features a sound that packed full of horn riffs, irresistible beats, and a soaring vocal performance, and Urie lays out two tracks that are equally captivating.
