Fontaines D.C. brought their Romance Tour to Boston, stopping at Roadrunner for a sold-out performance on Saturday night. The group of four hailing from Dublin, Ireland consists of the members Grian Chatten (vocals), Conor Curley (guitar), Adam O'Farrell (bass), and Tom Coll (drums). The post-punk band is known for their intense sound and vivid lyricism. They quickly gained recognition in the music scene after the release of their third studio album Skinty Fia (2022). Critics praised its lyrical depth and sonic experimentation, marking it as a significant evolution for the band. The album received widespread acclaim, reinforcing Fontaines D.C.'s status as a leading force in contemporary rock music.
